351 ROUSE AT THE NAVY YARD

2017 | Philadelphia, PA

This building is located at Philadelphia’s historic Navy Yard. Modeled to use 29% less energy than a baseline building, the design team placed an emphasis on daylighting and indoor air quality to improve occupant satisfaction. The previously developed infill site isn’t the only that that’s uniquely local – over 30% of the materials in the building were produced regionally. And envelope commissioning ensures that the striking facade will perform as well as expected.
