This new development on a 180 acre site is a strategic move on behalf of the client to consolidate decentralized and outdated office space, material and vehicle storage, and maintenance facilities. Re:Vision was engaged prior to land purchase to develop site concepts and build corporate consensus for the proposed site through visioning sessions and feasibility studies. Moving forward with the project, Re:Vision is Design Architect for the office facility as well as the project’s LEED / sustainability consultant. Perez is Architect-of-Record and Wu Associates is the design-build project lead. The project is currently in Design Development.
