Interested in joining the team?
In the beginning, we were one architect with a VW bus. Now we are a collective of explorers committed to re-visioning and restoring the balance between natural, built, and social environments. There is a WHY behind all of our actions, individually and as a collective: acting with purpose and passion, being the change we want to see in the world, shaping the future we need and deserve, and living our values. We collaborate, inquire, iterate, and build. Our efforts are rooted in broad benefit - across time, across teams, across populations. Driven by our WHY we pursue our curiosity in pursuit of the good - superheroes of the built environment who put their work to work for the world.
HOW WE DO THIS
- We seek sustainability in all things we do by framing each decision asking "what does good look like?"
- We work hard because we are mission driven.
- We are proud of our work and stand behind what we do, individually and collectively.
- We support a culture of giving - giving our time and our support to ourselves and each other, to our work, and to our projects.
- We prioritize good work over more work, and bring the passion that drives us to focus on doing our best.
- We thrive as teams, and as a collective, lifting each other up and holding each other accountable. We don't have space for people who are solely out for themselves and make room instead for the rising tide that lifts all boats.
- We seek quality in everything we do, and work hard to achieve it. No one achieves greatness by settling.
- We exist at the blurry edges of this movement where there aren't always clear answers. We thrive in knowing our job is to find the solutions and working with agility across these undefined opportunities.
- We seek to always determine what "good" looks like. Good solutions are good solutions, regardless of who creates them.
- We collaborate, we listen, we design.
- We take care of ourselves personally to make sure we can bring our A-game to the office, and we prioritize benefits, personal wellness, and health of ourselves and others.
We’re a small team with a rich and varied ecosystem of skills, experiences, and approaches. We’re looking for people who expand that richness in ways we hope you’ll illustrate in your application. As such, we take our time in hiring to find folks whose skills and experiences add the most resiliency to our ecosystem.
IS THIS WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE TO YOU?
If so, here's what you can do to be a part of our story:
- Tell us your WHY.
- Explain HOW you will thrive in this environment.
- Describe WHAT you will bring to the team to help us work towards our vision and achieve our mission.
