Re:Vision’s architecture studio is motivated to work together with our clients to deliver sustainable building design that has a positive impact on individuals, communities, and ecosystems.  In our work, we seek to provide more (health, equity, connection, beauty) and use less (energy, water, toxicity, capital, maintenance). Our future “Re:Visionary” architect/architectural designer will demonstrate experience, commitment, curiosity, and drive for design and sustainability through professional or personal activity – or both. Read on for the details:

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in a professional architectural environment
  • Being on an architectural licensure track or having achieved licensure
  • You have balanced skills in design and technical aspects of our profession across multiple phases of a project’s design and construction – and can demonstrate this to us
  • You can comfortably work on multiple small projects or in a large complex team
  • Autodesk Revit experience in a professional setting is preferrable
  • Experience in both residential and non-residential projects is a plus!
  • You’re an excellent verbal and visual communicator, with clarity and in compelling ways
  • You get our WHY and HOW and are able to contribute to our mission driven goals

Responsibilities

  • Supporting project documentation from Concept Design through Construction Documents as well as Construction Administration on a variety of project types and scales
  • Independently research and document products, materials, and systems for projects
  • Participation on project teams ranging from 2-4 architectural staff
  • Collaboration with standard design consultants including systems engineers, structural engineers, landscape architects, and civil engineers
  • Supporting development of compelling design presentations that are accurate, focused, and clear
  • Supporting development of presentation quality drawings and renderings
  • Integration and implementation of sustainable design strategies through all stages of project development.
    • NOTE – While it would be awesome if you came into Re:Vision knowing and demonstrating abilities with sustainable design we know that not everyone has this opportunity in their career. This is something that you will learn at Re:Vision and be expected to implement in your work over time.
