A native of the west side of the Delaware River Watershed, Shawn specializes in facilitating positive cultural, social, and environmental change within corporate and community environments. Shawn is a patient and thoughtful collaborator who works to tailor project certification journeys to the bespoke needs of the client, team, and project. She is a detail-oriented project manager who is simultaneously focused on never losing sight of the big picture. She enjoys diving into the rapidly developing world of sustainable material selection and working with teams to identify and implement high-impact energy efficiency strategies. In addition to building sustainability consulting, Shawn also manages Re:Vision’s internal and external B Corp and Just work.
Prior to Re:Vision, Shawn worked in roles from customer service, to HR, to impact in the clean technology industry.  Shawn received her MS in Sustainable Design at Jefferson University with particular interest in project management and team and community facilitation.
