Re:Vision is fueled, quite literally, by a lot of local food.  Just as green buildings perform better, so does local food (let us count the ways over a summer tomato).  Re:Vision was a long-time admirer of the work of Fair Food Philly and excited to support their growth through a highly visible farmstand at the historic Reading Terminal Market.  The layout was designed to capitalize on views from Market and 12th Streets, as well as provide prominent sight-lines from internal walk-ways in Reading Terminal. The open plan affords ample customer/staff interaction, ease of circulation for shoppers, and long-term adaptability. Natural materials like salvaged chalkboard slate and reclaimed cedar were used for their beauty, durability, and context in the historic Market. All custom casework and equipment were placed on casters for ease of maintenance and adaptability throughout the changing seasons.
