2017 | Bangalore, India

At over 620,000 sf of office space, this project reduced energy costs by a staggering 72% through the use of both on-site solar PV and energy efficiency measures such as exterior shading to control solar gains, LED lighting system, and perimeter daylighting controls; associated CO2 emissions were reduced by 13 million pounds. Located in the “Silicon Valley of India” with no perennial groundwater supply, the project treats 100% of wastewater on site, and both rainwater and HVAC condensate are harvested for re-use throughout the building.
