Center City Philadelphia's first LEED Platinum corporate fit-out designed for collaboration and flexibility
As real estate experts, JLL knew the value of bringing an architect on board early and Re:Vision evaluated multiple locations for criteria such as space efficiency, quality of light, and potential energy efficiency. Working together, Re:Vision identified a site and a design that could meet JLL’s needs in 30% less space. On a 10+ year lease plus annual operations, this choice alone represents big (!) savings. The selected location is a 10,000 sf space that houses 40 employees using a flexible design that anticipates future expansion. It is organized around dynamic workplace “neighborhoods” that include structured and informal meeting spaces to facilitate collaboration in a variety of forms. This fast-tracked, LEED-Platinum project went from site selection to occupancy in seven months.
