Re:Vision worked with the Roxborough Conservancy and The Schuylkill Project to convene and facilitate a group of design professionals and neighborhood stakeholders to conceptualize low-impact development scenarios for an ecologically sensitive pocket of Philadelphia that is under increasing development pressure.  The goal of the work was to get in front of the development curve for Shawmont Valley and explore ideas for balancing land owner economic interests and preservation of neighborhood character/ environment.  A range of scenarios were developed and then evaluated in a public forum to hone in on the type(s) of development that the community felt would best meets their preservation goals.
