Re:Vision has been working with the Living Building Challenge since its inception in 2006 and the underlying intention of regenerative design continues to motivate us.  Re:Vision takes the lessons learned in designing Living Building Challenge projects and translates them to our work as LBC consultants, Biophilic Design consultants, Living Future Ambassadors, LBC auditors, and conveners of our local LBC Collaborative.

The Morris & Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation Environmental Center – Accokeek, MD

Role:  Architect and LBC Lead
The 13th LBC certified building in the world, the Cafritz Center paved the way for understanding LBC within a campus context, including shared infrastructure for future LBC projects.

Wellesley College Global Flora Greenhouse – Wellesley, MA

Role:  LBC Consultant
Petal certification for a design-forward, educational greenhouse via the Water, Health & Happiness, and Beauty Petals.

Muhlenberg College Education and Innovation Center – Allentown, PA

LBC CORE certification for this new 22,000 sf multi-purpose building.

Pendle Hill Quaker Retreat Center – Media, PA

Role:  Facilitators and Volunteers
Volunteer-led Demonstration Project to develop a Conceptual Design and Feasibility Study for multiple Living Buildings at Pendle Hill.

NRDC Santa Monica LBC Gap Analysis – Santa Monica, CA

Role:  LBC Consultant
Comprehensive LBC gap analysis to guide the renovation of NRDC’s Santa Monica Headquarters.

Confidential Customer Center for Global Materials Manufacturer – PA

Role:  Architect and LBC Lead
Design for adaptive reuse of a historic barn into a customer collaboration center pursuing Petal certification and showcasing the company’s LBC-compliant materials.
