Certified B Corporations constantly work to improve their social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance economic and social value. Re:Vision is a founding B Corp and has maintained this third-party certification through B Lab’s regular and rigorous review of our policies, practices, and metrics since 2007. Re:Vision’s legal governing documents require Re:Vision’s board of directors to balance profit and purpose, and as we make decisions that affect how we do business, we use these third-party guidelines that help us see what good looks like across industries. Just
Just is a transparency platform for organizations to disclose their operations, including how they treat their employees and where they make financial and community investments.
Re:Vision is proud to be Just labeled. To acquire the Just label, we submitted our policies, practices, and metrics in the holistic categories developed by Just. A few notes are helpful when gleaning information from this label:
- Each level is achieved through a specific set of criteria. Levels 1 through 4 mean something specific and distinct in each indicator.
- Some levels are tethered to each other. For example, an organization’s inclusion score cannot surpass its ethnic diversity score.
